Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way. Once your order leaves our studio, delivery is in the hands of the carrier. If you experience any issues, please reach out and we'll do our best to help. For lost packages, please contact us directly at lsc@leahsuzettecreations.com and we will happily file the carrier claim on your behalf.
We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, returned in original packaging with all tags attached. Return shipping is free. All items are considered final sale at checkout. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
